Max and his new Mob head to the park and use Rexnog to get more information. Jetray shows up and Rexnog asks the Thundercrests to let her go. Jetray doesn't understand and Rexnog explains that she is a member of the Volcanicus. She says they're no threat to them, but a red light begins to appear on her collar. Jetray tries to resist, but Rexnog claims it is just a warning and that she will be part of their new Mob, the Yellow Outlaws.
The police arrive and Jetray tries to defend herself, but the officers overpower her. Rexnog and Guaviato have a flashback to the day they were born. Rexnog and Guaviato were born in the Rust Bucket and were separated at birth, Rexnog on one side of the highway and Guaviato on the other. Rexnog learns that Guaviato is an agent of the Plumbers and is to take the Thundercrests to the product. Rexnog is to ask more information on her and the Thundercrests, so she can find them again.
