Hello, I have been watching this movie for quite a while now and would like to share my thoughts with you. I love this movie and really enjoy watching it every time I have a chance. I thought I'd post a review and share with you all. I don't want to spoil the movie for anyone else but I may just start with a few things that I like about this movie and then get into what I think is wrong with it. First of all, I love the visuals, the cinematography, the storytelling and the music. I really love the way he films the sequences that take place at night, it feels like you are actually inside the setting which is something I feel that we get from so few movies. The quality of the lighting and the sets really add to the movie for me. The colours are pretty much perfect, I am not a fan of the greens they use for the forest but I can live with them. The sets are really really well done, I really love the night version of the opening. My favourite sequence is probably the one in the forest where the themes of revenge, justice and revenge are explored. The way he captures both the beauty and the horror of the forest and the way it is set up really gets me. I also love how he captures the feeling of solitude in this movie. The scenes of the protagonist getting injured and having to recover are really well done and really realistic. When the protagonist is playing with the child in the forest, it really shows how alone he is in this world. In terms of the characters, I really love the lead actor and the actress in this movie. The way they are portrayed really makes this movie. I think they really gel together very well and you don't get confused as to who is who. The other characters are also portrayed really well and the way they interact with each other is good. I also love the way the age gap is portrayed in this movie. It really shows how at times the older generation is really closer to the younger generation in many respects. The character development is also really good. I really admire the way he plays with the character of the older one and shows how much strength and moral this character has. The fact that he also plays with the character's emotions in a very manipulative way also really makes this character. I really admire how he portrays the character of the younger one. He is really supportive and they have this connection that really works really well.
