In the advanced search results box, you could select you Search all messages for the phrase and set the results limits to zero so the results screen displays only the first hit. No results returns no results.
I wonder how you would do that with FAST Search. If you could make search for the specific phrase work, you would not have to make the query return no results. You would get your results immediately by adjusting the query.
